Return & Refund Policy

At IsNyes, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned if opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer either:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund
  • Or store credit (depending on the situation)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider (processing may take time)
  • Then contact us if needed
